Career Point launches CP Star 2014

Will benefit 20,000 students with cash prize of 73 lacs and scholarship worth Rs. 37.36 crores


Jammu Sept 1: Career Point has launched its national level scholarship test CP Star – Career Point Scholarship Test for admission and reward with the unveiling of brochure by Career Point Directors.
Speaking on the occasion, Career Point’s Academic Director, Shailendra Maheshwari said that CP Star provides a platform to deserving students to judge their performance at national level at right time along with a detailed performance report with suggestions for improvement.  “Moreover, it provides an opportunity for the students to be coached by best faculty members, with best system and ultimate personal care with full financial support’, he said adding that through this exam a student can avail maximum cash scholarship of Rs. 70,000 along with free coaching and hostel facility at Kota and select branches across India.
He further stated that in total 20,000 students of class 6th to 12th will be benefited with a sum cash prize of Rs. 73 lacs and scholarship worth Rs. 37.36 crores. All the students who write this test shall be provided a formula book of the respective class free of cost. All the topper students of each school shall be entitled to take part in “Champions Camp” from 23rd Dec to 31st Dec at Career Point Gurukul or its select branches. In this camp various academic activities as per the respective class shall be conducted and students may experience Kota’s coaching system and teaching methodology with special academic lectures. Top three students in each category that is total 30 students shall be entitled for free coaching and hostel facility at Career point Gurukul and next seven that is total 70 students shall be entitled for free hostel facility with 90% scholarship in course fee.  Career Point’s CMD, Pramod Maheshwari said that, “CP Star is an aid to those meritorious students who failed to prepare for various competitive examinations due to poor financial background. This is an opportunity for them to get full financial support at right time to pave the path of success in career”.
The test shall be conducted in two rounds; the first round shall be conducted on 7th September, 20th September, 5th October, 19th October and 16th November at various test centres across India. The second round shall be conducted on 7th Dec.
