Paramedical students rue delay in exams, demand them in July

Jammu, June 20: Ruing delay in the exams of paramedical students, All Jammu and Kashmir Paramedical Students Association has demanded from Director Health Services to immediately issue the date sheet so that the examinations could be started in first week of July.
Addressing a press conference here today, state president of the association, Daksheesh Sharma said that already the precious time of the students is wasted as examinations have been late by 4-5 months due to which one year of the students is wasted. He alleged that this all happened due to the negligence of the previous Director Health
Services. He questioned that why the examinations have not been held in the government health institutions like GMC Jammu, SMGS Shalamar, Gandhi Nagar Hospital, Sarwal Hospital and other institutions?
He demanded from the Director Health Services, B.D.Sharma to conduct exams in the government medical institutions instead of other institutions as per the old schedule.
Sharma also demanded that other genuine demands of the paramedical students should also be addressed.
Satinder Pal Singh, Sachin Singh Chib, Param Deep Singh, Atul Raina and others were present in the press conference.
